Job Role:          Oracle Applications Developer – Associate

Job Description:
1. Work with Compliance, Finance and Operations areas to elicit and document business requirements

2. Develop, Deploy and support large-scale distributed applications in a mission-critical production environment

3. Translate business requirements to a high level technical design and implementation

4. Develop test plans and perform code reviews

5. Monitor milestones and critical dates to identify potential jeopardy of schedule and identify / mitigate risk

6. Domain expertise in compliance or finance is desired

Candidate Profile:

Essential Skills:
1. RDBMS experience preferably Oracle 11, including PL/SQL and stored procedures

2. Unix, Shell Scripting

3. Awareness of IT Infrastructure components (Network, Storage, Backup)

4. Source code control software

5. Familiarity with the agile and scrum methodologies

Desirable Skills:
1. Investment Banking Asset Exposure

2. Exposure to Java SDK

3. Experience in Pentaho
