Job Description
- M.Sc, M.C.A., B.E – IT with 1-3 years of experience in Web Application development using Asp.net.
- Experience of MVC, HTML5, Jquery, C# / VB. Net, MSSQL stored procedures, triggers
- Experience of using tools VS 2010, VS 2012, MSSQL
- Knowledge of using Devexpress controls would be beneficial
- Designing of applications using UML diagrams.
- Using design patterns for software application development
- Learning of new technologies and providing a working prototype or presentation that would be beneficial to company in the future applications development
- Achieve the release plan deadlines for all given projects.
- Completion of work as per the weekly Plan
- Following of development process compliance including documentation
- Process efficiency (Reduce No of Bugs and rework hours in application)
- No L1 Bugs after trainer/go live of the software application
- Reduction in number of L2 Bugs in the application
