Salary:

• The candidate will be hired at ‘Level 1’ for 6 months at INR 180000/- per annum. They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects.
• The candidate will be moved to ‘Level 2’ after 6 months at INR 250000/- per annum.

Bond Period : 24 Months from the date of joining. In case of default an amount of INR 1,00,000 in full will be recovered from the employee.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Year of Passing : 2016 Batch
• -BE students from Computer Science, Information Systems and Electronics and Communication
  -MCA students
• Minimum 60% marks in graduation for Non Maharashtra students and 55% for Maharashtra students
  -The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
  -The students need to be flexible to get allocated to any MphasiS operating location
  -The students need to be flexible to take up any technology and the work timings that would be allocated to them for training and deployment there afterwards
