Job Description: Lead a team as a Sr Test Engineer Supervisor. You will manage a small team of entry level test engineers and/or technicians. You will provide work direction under the direction of an engineer manager. You will be responsible for assigning work packages, reviewing performance, and providing feedback to your team and to your manager.
- Participates in the complete test software process from requirements, design, coding, test review and analysis, through verification, validation, documentation, release and installation.
- Drive a small high performance team to successfully turn test requirements into products
- Mentor test engineers to succeed in a dynamic organization
