Job Description:
HCL Training & Staffing Services Pvt. Ltd. (HCL TSS) offers LEAP – Learn to Earn Accelerator Program – a job assurance program for graduates / engineers which makes them JOB READY. The program comprises of Foundation Training, Track Specific Technical Training followed by Professional Practice Term where trainees get an opportunity to work hands-on live Global Projects. Over the last two years, over 1200+ trainees have successfully completed this program and are now deployed with HCL.
- Stipend: INR 5000 per month during the Professional Practise Term
- Location of Deployment: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Delhi – NCR
- Salary: Immense earning potential with a starting annual salary of INR 2 Lacs p.a. Package will be increased post completion of probation period upto 50%.
