Job Responsibilities:
1. Housing Loans of Real Estate Projects.
2. Banks approval for various Projects.
3. Preparation of monthly MIS reports.
4. Fund Raising – funding for the Company from Banks & Financial Institutions.
5. Arranging New Bank Guarantee/Renewal Existing form Banks.
6. Real Estate experience is must.
