Accounts Assistant
Position for Accountant-
A leading and well established company since 1996 in Dubai UAE looking for Accounts Executive who is able to handle all the accounting responsibilities with Indian Tax background and result oriented person are most welcome.
• Must be a strong and organized leader with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required in english
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and finance or Equivalent Degree
• Experience in dealing with Indian Tax System is MUST
• Experience with Tally, Peachtree and Payroll
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience required 2-5 years with service industry background preferred
• Indian nationality will be preferred
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepares journal entries and daily transactions made
• Able to prepare the project coasting with details for service industries
• Maintains financial databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems
• Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions
• Issues invoice, Quotations & Follow ups accounts receivable, accounts payable and Audit reports
• Follow up to the client for credit payments and coordinate with Indian Team for accounts
• Monitors and reviews accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
• Prepares and reviews revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, purchasing, other accounting documents, and information needed for the collection
• Computing the accounts of franchises and calculating their taxes for INDIA
• Prepares & update Balance Sheet and monthly Bank reconciliations
Salary offered is between 3,500/- AED – 5,500/- AED and other benefits as per UAE Law.
