Must have knowledge of various taxation policies relating to OPT, CPT, C2C, W2, 1099, EAD, GC and Citizens.
Should have expertise in sourcing through various Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder.
High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a small group of experienced team.
Must have Excellent Sourcing skills – Head Hunting, Mapping, Networking, Referrals, Social Websites, Portals, etc.
Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Por is complete for all open positions.
Develop and maintain an efficient electronic sourcing mechanism for all recruitment positions.
Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Responsible for updating and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
Maintain Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities.
Candidate should be flexible and willing to work in all the US time zones.
Ideally looking for someone with 1-6 years of relevant experience.
Candidates from US Staffing industry with Hands on experience on sourcing and End to End Recruitment experiences.
Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (Understanding requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & Onboarding etc).
Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.
Recruiter must having hands on experience in Automotive/Engineering/IT (w2 contract/Perm) staffing.
Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation, Should have the ability to deliver results.
Comfortable to work in night shift.
