Job Description:
1. Provide a high quality of support to SAP Customers by gaining deep product expertise on various PI area.

2. Resolve customer messages at the Development Support level for the releases owned by the team.

3. Ensure high quality of corrections and Support Packages.

4. Continuous improvement and optimization of support activities.

5. Take KT of new topics / code-lines (related to PI) from Development team.

6. Contribute to newer developments in PI.

Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA with a minimum of 70%.

Experience: 2 to 3 years of work Experience.

Skills:
1. High Proficiency in Java/J2EE/Web Technologies

2. Knowledge of development on Eclipse is an added advantage

3. Knowledge in sprint boot will be an added advantage
