The Billing Executives are responsible for following up on all sales orders to ensure they are processed accurately within the financial software and the customer is sent their invoice on time.
The majority of communication with customers is via e-mail and partially by phone, making it essential that the incumbent of this role have good business communication skills.
Adhere to the Billing Process with regards to timelines and activities needed for each sales order.
Communicate with relevant departments / customers in a timely manner to resolve any issues that arise each day.
Coordinate client emails, maintain follow up and pro-active communication to clients.
Maintain data within the CRM (customer relationship management) software.
Complete all daily/weekly reports as assigned.
Make a commitment to meet billing targets/metrics and work independently to improve the current process.
A Graduate with good business communication skills.
Experience using Salesforce would be an added advantage.
Strong proficiency with computers (MS Excel, Word, Adobe, etc).
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work with multiple departments.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment / time management skills.
