Job Description:
1. Understand business and technical requirements and the ability to adapt quickly to change

2. Design, develop, test, performance tune, and implement solutions that fit the current technology stack.

3. Break-down complicated tasks, estimate, and deliver quality code and tests in an agile environment.

4. Liaise effectively with business users, development teams and production support groups

Candidate Profile:
Qualification:  Bachelor’s Degree

Skills:
1. Expert knowledge of Transactional SQL (T-SQL) programming in Sybase or Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle PL/SQL

2. Writing and maintaining stored procedures; performance tuning, including query plans and I/O stats.

3. Source code control, ideally subversion & clearcase.

4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

6. Capable of working effectively within a distributed global development team.

7. Unix/Linux.

8. Java experience, focused on back-end processing

9. Python / shell scripting
