Job Description:
Essential Skills:
1. Excellent in Core Java with knowledge of Java 1.8 features and above

2. Hands on experience in Java, JEE, Spring, Linux/Unix, Mule, Oracle Database

3. Hands-on experience in RESTful web services

4. Hands-on experience in Mule development

5. Developing quality code, Writing Junit test cases

6. Good exposure to backend and UI development

7. Experience in working with Messaging Systems such as WebSphere MQ using JMS

8. Application Monitoring / Log Management tools such as Splunk or Geneos Monitoring Tool

9. Multi-threaded Programming and Transaction Handling (JMS, Database)

Desired Skills:
1. Experience in working with Service Orientated Architectures

2. Exposure to Agile Methodology & collaborating with other developers in an agile environment

3. Exposure to risk analysis and offering recommendations for risk containment

4. Know-how in Software installation, patch upgrade, data synchronization, system monitories, health checks and program release would be definitely a plus

5. Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

6. Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
