Job Description:
1. In our agile development model, participate in small, autonomous but aligned teams to learn and perform a variety of roles, including design, development, test, automation and client interaction/support

2. Ensure that our software components are expertly designed, tested, debugged, verified and ready for integration into IBM’s best-of-breed solutions that help organizations improve their business outcomes in the global marketplace

3. Demonstrate hands on involvement in coding and development

4. Work collaboratively across functional areas/teams

5. Take ownership of assignments & drive them to completion

6. Problem determination, debugging, and resolution

7. Design and develop new features and functionality with rich UI content for Digital Business Automation products.

8. As part of a Global Team, collaborate with senior members from partner labs and participate in design discussions.

Qualification: Bachelors Degree

Experience: 3 to 6 years of IT Experience, preferably in Product Development

Required Skills:
1. Expertise in Java server side development: Core Java, J2EE ( Web Services [SOAP+REST], Servlets, Spring Core).

2. Expertise on Application Servers Configuration and Administration: IBM WAS and Oracle Web Logic

3. Excellent Debugging and Troubleshooting Skills on server side code.

4. Hands-on with RDBMS products – DB2, Oracle, SQL Server
