Job Role:     Test Engineer

Job Description:
1. Work closely with developers to create test cases, design test plans, and automate test cases for the verification of product functionality

2. Take components, integration and end to end testing responsibilities

3. Facilitate the tracking of Bugs and Enhancements (via JIRA and applicable tools)

4. Develop and implement the Test Automation strategy/effort

5. Work closely with Developers, Product Owners & Scrum Masters to review product

6. Proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of product defects

7. Ability to operate in a dynamic and challenging, team-oriented environment, and to meet tight deadlines

8. Drive corrective actions to improve software development processes

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science

Skills:
1. Good understanding of JAVA development methodologies

2. Experience with preparing and executing robust test plans

3. Good understanding of performance, security and regression testing
