Job Description:
1. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming

2. Deal with escalations and more complex work as well as changes across the practices

3. To double-hat as lead Bot Controller at times

4. To identify and share trends and best practices

5. Review current systems and present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals

6. Prepare training manuals for users

7. Tailor and deploy tools, processes and metrics

8. Comply with project plans and standards

9. Stay up to date with the latest technologies

10. Prepared to reskill themselves regularly in order to learn new RPA tools

11. Might be trained on courses, either in house or externally
