Job Description:
1. To work within well-defined system support guidelines & process (EOE).

2. To prioritize assigned work request to meet SLA/WLA.

3. To participate in internal technical discussion in view to improve performance and make recommendation wherever possible.

4. To ensure correct work methodology to avoid outages due to unawareness. To organize in house training, backup plans.

Education: Any Graduate

Required Skills:
1. Telecommunications knowledge e.g. telecommunication networks, RAN 2G/3G/4G concepts.

2. Good knowledge of service networks/ service applications characteristics and capabilities.

3. Good knowledge of Key service performance indicators and their interpretation, Good Understanding of Software Upgrade Process of RAN Nodes (BSC/ E-Node-B)!

4. Should be able to troubleshoot down site’s cases post software upgrades of LTE!
