Job Role:      Analyst – Manual Testing

Job Description:
1. Review and analyze system specifications

2. Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans

3. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results

4. Evaluate product code according to specifications

5. Create logs to document testing phases and defects

6. Report bugs and errors to development teams

7. Help troubleshoot issues

8. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

9. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Qualification: Any Graduate

Preferred Skills:
1. Good knowledge of SDLC, Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and different testing methodologies

2. Good knowledge on Test Case preparation, review & execution, Defects review, and management, Black Box Testing

3. Well versed with Usability, GUI, Functional, System, Regression, and Smoke/Sanity testing

4. Basic knowledge of any programming language (JAVA/.NET)

5. Basic knowledge of writing and executing SQLs

6. Testing experience in web application and API

7. Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps Boards, or other work item tracking tools

8. Experience working with peers and managers who are geographically dispersed
