Job Role:       Software Engineer – Java/Cloud Development

Job Description:
1. Design, develop and maintain the Enterprise Contact Center product that makes up the core of the Customer Journey Premise platform.

2. Translate product ideas into technically feasible stories

3. Be the technical authority of the product – Own the product from the technical angle, covering all aspects of architecture, design, development and validation practices

4. Build scalable, reliable software system and features.

5. Own what you build – providing end-to-end automation, quality assurance

6. Design and Develop considering seamless User Experience in mind.

7. Envision, Design and Develop the product/features considering how positively the product can impact the lives of people.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2 or more years of experience as a developer ( Java) in delivering highly available and scalable applications.

Required Skills:
1. Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, Python, Perl

2. Expert in server side application development in Java (OR) Experience in Automation frameworks, creating stable Automation frameworks & scripts. Tomcat knowledge is added advantage

3. Experience in building, testing, and consuming APIs

4. Experience in at least one operating environment (Windows/Linux)

5. Experience with cloud technologies is an added advantage

6. Experience with Git source control and building/maintaining Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines; Jenkins experience a plus.

7. Familiarity with telephony and media technologies such as SIP is considered a plus

8. Familiarity and experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques; ML application delivery experience a plus.

9. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum-inspired delivery methodology.
