Basic Qualiications:
1. Bachelor or Master in Computer Science

2. Solid professional experience in software development

3. Advocate for solutions to technical challenges, articulating schedule/risk/quality trade-offs

4. Collaborate across disciplines for positive, productive teamwork

5. Demonstrated ability to go the extra mile to do things right and fast

6. Participate in design and architecture sessions with other senior technical leads

7. Produce quality, innovative, debuggable, testable and maintainable code

Preferred Qualiications:
1. Programming experience in Java and frameworks such as JEE/Spring/Hibernate.

2. Advanced SQL knowledge.

3. Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

4. Ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly.

5. Experience in communicating with business teams, other development teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.

6. Knowledge of AWS/Cloud technologies.
