Job Description:
1. Develop, test and debug automated tasks including apps, systems and infrastructure

2. Troubleshoot minor incidents and contribute to resolution through post-issue evaluations

3. Contribute code to the development of applications or services

4. Address failure patterns and incidents in a team setting

5. Develop automation tools for efficient, noiseless alerting, toil and technical debt

6. Conduct performance tests, document and identify ways to optimize applications

Qualification: BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience in a software engineering discipline.

Required Skills:
1. Proficient in JAVA, UNIX and Database SQL

2. Understand and contribute to the software delivery lifecycle

3. Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

4. Proficient knowledge of one or more infrastructure components such as networking, cloud services, orchestration tools, containerization, compute and storage systems

5. Capable of managing service-level changes to a system or service

6. Hands-on experience with cloud deployment, monitoring, and ops analysis tools such as Kubernetes, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, DynaTrace.
