Job Description:
Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for storage array firmware software(configuration/performance/troubleshooting debugging /fixing) design and development
- Responsible for design and implementation of system programing using c/c++
- Responsible for reviews of design and code developed by team
- Responsible for analyzing and proposing solutions to customer issues
Skills:
- Demonstrable system programming and debug skills in C / C++ /perl/any scripting
- Software development and/or software sustenance knowledge (preferred)
- Familiar with OS Fundamentals and system programming
- Ability to get up to speed with current product architecture quickly
- Ability to work in a team environment utilizing collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
