1. Dedication and exhibition of Ownership and Team work per need

2. Should be able to handle given tasks independently

4. Build question logs on requirements on time and communicate clearly to the Tech lead / Client respectively

5. Should follow proper PHP coding standards, unit testing, etc.

Experience: A Candidate with 2 – 4 years of experience in Magento 2.x framework.

Required skills:
1. Hands on experience in 2.x framework

2. Core knowledge of design patterns

3. Good knowledge of PHP and MySql concepts

4. Html, css, js, jQuery

5. Good communication skills

6. Integration with third party systems

7. Code versioning & tagging for releases

8. Code optimization and refactoring

9. Bug fixing & Performance tuning of the platform or the application
